From the moment of introduction, RSVD presents its personal nature as it offers its most exclusive service. The first touch point of store associate to customer, drawn from a select personal customer list, is issued by invitation only. Once received, Registration becomes the gateway to connect with store associates, allowing customers to receive collections. The customer may choose to connect with one or more store associates.
Personally tailored to customer preferences, RSVD shows its strength to the customer with a specific need. A request for seasonal update, special event, upcoming trip or the like, yields an exclusive collection curated by the store associate.
Displaying the product’s characteristics in full detail with multiple views, the product may be either reserved or shopped. The choice to Reserve saves to a Wish List for future use, while Shop Now links directly to the brand e-commerce.
Reserved acts as a Wish List from all received collections for which the customer may schedule a personal fitting with the store associate. As the customer views the Reserved choices, another chance to narrow their selection will be offered before requesting an appointment.
Schedule an Appointment
An easy 3-step process allows the customer to reserve a personal fitting with a store associate. From a calendar display of available choices, selecting a day and time prompts a confirmation that details date, hour, items for fitting and store directions along with the store associate’s contact information.
With RSVD, the store associate has a slightly different path. Each store associate compiles a professional profile, which includes a portfolio representative of his/her styles. This aids customers in matching personal needs with the correct associate as they make connection choices.
Create a Collection
The store associate has the charge of creating collections. Easily customized, a collection is created by linking images from the brand site or uploading snaps or videos from the store associate’s own personal device.
Calendar of Appointments
The store associate creates and maintains a personal calendar of appointments. Associates set their daily hours of availability, which their customers view, and receive confirmation notices of detailed, upcoming appointments as they are made.
